Every experience you are destined to have

you must go through.

But with the Master’s Grace,

everything becomes light and smooth, 

and a power stays with you everywhere you go.

Sometimes He goes ahead of you. 

Sometimes you notice He is beside you. 

Sometimes He moves inside you. 

He never leaves you.

To avoid being lost in the bewildering diversity of the play of maya, it is necessary to remember the essential unity between the Absolute and the relative, between the Unmanifest and the manifested.

The understanding of Truth is not a matter of time.

Indeed, it is prior to the concept of time.

When it takes place, it happens suddenly, almost as a shock of timeless apprehension.

It means a sudden cessation of the process of duration, a split-second when the functioning of time itself is suspended and integration takes place, with what is prior to relativity ----direct apprehension of the Absolute.

The Seer is most important.

You are. That is most important. Concentrate on the Seer, not on the seen.

All that you see is false and the Seer alone is true.

All knowledge you gather is useless, until you hold on to your Self.

D: Is it possible to enjoy samadhi while busy in worldly work?

M: The feeling ‘I work’ is the hindrance. Ask yourself ‘who works?’ Remember who you are. Then the work will not bind you; it will go on automatically. Make no effort either to work or to renounce; your effort is the bondage. 

What is destined to happen will happen.

If you are destined not to work, work cannot be had even if you hunt for it; if you are destined to work, you will not be able to avoid it; you will be forced to engage yourself in it. So, leave it to the higher power; you cannot renounce or retain as you choose.
