MOOJI MOMENT: THERE IS NOTHING IN LIFE THAT I CAN CALL "ME" - This five minute moment from Mooji was taken from one of his walks as he expresses that there is nothing of himself that he can call “Me” and that everything belongs to the “One”. Let’s enjoy his wisdom…

From Brahmana Swami to Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi ЁЯХЙ️ЁЯЩП
Wave after wave of ecstasy flooded through him for hours in the presence of the ascetic. At last, when he opened his eyes, he asked the attendant, Palani Swami, for the ascetic's name. Though he was then called Brahmana Swami, Kavyakantha learnt that his real name was Venkataraman.
Kavyakantha took „Ramana‟ from his name and since he had seen God in this ascetic, he named him „Bhagavan‟. Bhagavan in Sanskrit means God.
As he had also given a revelation about tapas which no scripture had ever explained so clearly before, to Kavyakantha, Bhagavan was also a Vedic rishi.
(Rishi means sage and is derived from drashta, which means seer - one who has seen with the inner eye. A rishi is he who is ever connected to the original, inexhaustible source of wisdom.)
But, to Kavyakantha, Bhagavan was not only a rishi but a maharshi - a great rishi .Therefore, he named the ascetic Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi. This name, Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi, the chanting of which has guided countless people to the silent, still truth, was given by this man of rare genius, Kavyakantha Ganapati Muni.
From the Inner Journey of 75 old devotees by Sri V. Ganesan.

CONSCIOUS IMMORTALITY
Joy and pain are the attributes of the ego. When, by atma vichara, you realize that you are not that sheath (the ego), where is the pleasure or pain for you?
Your real nature transcends all such feelings. So the benefit of atma vichara is tangible in the shape of escape from all the ills and sorrows of life. What more could one want?
One who is always stationed in the Atman will not be disturbed, even in the midst of a crowd. Such a one has no need or desire for solitude.
One who knows the Self has nothing more to do, nor has he any more thoughts. From then on, the infinite power will carry out all further actions that may be necessary for him.
Peace is the inner nature of humankind. If you find it within yourself, you will then find it everywhere.
The peace that you discovered in your temporary spiritual experiences was found in your Self. It was not imposed upon you. A time will come when we shall have to laugh at our own efforts to realize, for we shall find that what we were before and after is the same.
- p 156

When a devotee complained that his mind always wandered and that he could not control it, Bhagavan immediately replied, "It is the nature of the mind to wander. You are not the mind." Bhagavan continued, "The mind springs up and sinks down. It is impermanent, transitory, whereas you are eternal." (Talk 97).

In this birth we have to move from the outer world of manifestations to the inner world of silence and beatitude. As such world is not outside, it is a projection of our consciousness. Meditation, prayerfulness, gratitude, devotion, they transform our lower mind to higher mind where only unity in diversity prevails. Let not this one single goal of self transformation go out of your sight. Let every day every act every thought take you to the evolved state of pure consciousness that is God.

Why does there seem to be so few awakened beings?
On our planet at the moment it is said we are at our highest population count:
7.5 billion human beings.
Where are the buddhas? Where are the Christs, the Shivas?
Where are the Ananda Mayi Mas of today?
It is you, waiting for it to come through or in the form of another.
It is your Self all along. All is in You, the Self.
Then why, you may say, is it so hard to know and be this?
It is not hard. It is not hard. It is neither easy nor hard.
It simply is.
It is just your mind that is divided
and makes all these excuses and postponements.
Mind seems to have a great influence in matters of identity;
But over who? For whom does the mind work?
To whom does it say, 'You’re not good enough?’
Is it not to the 'person'?
Who is none other than the Self disguised as a person.
You are the indivisible Self.
You are the absolute Self in its mode as conscious presence,
its earliest and purest manifestation as beingness,
in its purest sense as presence.
It is the sense of presence that has the capacity
to be transformed into the sense of personhood.
It is the sense of the person that is easily misled
by the voice of the psychological mind, or the ego.
You must understand these things thoroughly.
In ignorance, it can appear we are multi-layered;
possessing three kinds of 'I':
the Self, the presence—'I am', and the ego person.
As person, we are ever changeful and unstable
unlike the state of presence.
But you are this one, single Self—timelessly perfect
and unchanging, behind the illusion of personhood.
It is only a question of being totally aware of it.
~ Mooji

“The wind blows through the sky and flies over continents without settling anywhere. It traverses space and leaves no trace. Thus should thoughts pass through our minds, leaving no karmic residues and not altering our realization of fundamental simplicity.”
