Self bliss

71. Just as the goat’s beard wanders and wags for nothing, people roam about merrily but in vain, doing Karmas for the fulfillment of their worldly desires, while despising the disciplines [followed by aspirants] which lead to eternal Moksha in Self. Ah, what a pitiable spectacle is the condition of these worldly people!

72. Longing for a tiny grain of pleasure, people toil so hard using the mind to plough the field of the five senses, but they never wish for the flood of Bliss which is the fruit that comes by ploughing the Heart, the Source of the mind, with [simple] Self-attention. Ah, what a wonder!

73. The moon-like jiva [the mind], ever wedded to the sun-like Self, should always remain in her home, the Heart; to forsake the Bliss of Self and go astray for worldly pleasures, is like the madness of a wife who spoils her precious chastity.

('Guru Vachaka Kovai', v. 71-73)

Truth

Do not speak to foolish people about the Truth,
just share the Love and Happiness,
because the greatest gift is an empty mind.
But even if you do not speak
your Silence will reach the whole planet
as a silent rose radiates beauty.
Sit Quietly and send peace from your heart
to all beings of all the worlds.
Oceans may empty, but there is no end to Love and Peace,
so share it always in selfless service; this is worship.

~ Papaji

Being

Let life be a sketch in your mind.
Don’t try to live the future or force any projection,
so that you experience being lived more than you are living.
Like this you keep discovering that there is space and room
for the unexpected changes that come dynamically
through the breath of God.
Don’t project so much what you are going to do.
Don’t turn everything into a controlled garden.
Leave some wild grassland in the landscape of your Being.

Self

66. The One Supreme Bliss, ‘Sadhasivam’ [i.e. Self] is alone approved [by Jnanis] to be the Whole Reality. This world, seen as full of miseries and defects, is unreal and divided with differences.

67. It is the result of the delusion I-am-the-limited-body, that the world, which is nothing but Consciousness, is known as a second entity, separate from Consciousness.

('Guru Vachaka Kovai', v. 66-67)

Truth

"You think of truth as continuous in time, but truth is not continuous, it is not a permanent thing to be known in time. It is nothing of that kind, it is something totally different, something that cannot understood by a mind that is caught within the field of time. You must die to everything of yesterday, to all the accumulations of knowledge, experience, and only then that which is immeasurable, timeless, comes into being."

~ J.Krishnamurti.

Emptiness

Recognise the serenity of your own inner Being.
Let your attention be one with it.
Feel its vibration.
Do not create any image about this.
Allow the space and the sense of emptiness simply to be.
There is no better place to be than where you are right now.
In this instant, there is nothing to do or undo.
Nothing to change.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to heal.
Nothing to become.
There is a natural sense of satisfaction or completeness.
Take full rest in your Self.
The world is not waiting for your next move.
You have space and time to be your Self.

~ Mooji

Here & now

Long after I am gone...those of you who know me in the Heart, you will know that I can never leave you. Trust what you have seen, be grateful for it, protect it, look after it, respect it, and  it will continue to flourish in you. It will continue to flourish in you. Even if you're alone, some place from within rest in your Stillness, and you'll be a witness to the Glory of God. Don't be afraid.
