प्रेमपूर्ण चित्त की अवस्था मे सर्वत्र परमात्मा ही दिखाई पड़ता है, प्रेम परमात्मा की ही अनुभूति है, प्रेमपूर्ण चित्त ही परमात्मा की अनुभूति कर सकता है। जिससे भी प्रेम होगा, उसी मे परमात्मा की छवि दिखाई पड़ेगी। प्रेम पात्र परमात्मा ही दिखाई पड़ेगा। यदि ऐसा नही है, तो फिर प्रेम है ही नही, प्रेम की भ्रांति है।

‘दूसरों से संबंध रखो, लेकिन अपने आप से भी संबंध रखो। दूसरों से प्रेम करो, लेकिन अपने आप से भी प्रेम करो। बाहर जाओ!– दुनिया सुंदर है, जोखिम भरी है; यह एक चुनौती है, यह समृद्ध बनाती है। उस मौके को खोओ मत! जब भी दुनिया तुम्हारे दरवाजे पर दस्तक दे और तुम्हें पुकारे, बाहर जाओ! निर्भय होकर बाहर निकलो– वहां कुछ भी खोने को नहीं है; वहां सब पाने को है। लेकिन तुम स्वयं खो मत जाना। बाहर ही बाहर मत चलते जाओ और खो जाओ। कभी-कभी घर वापस आओ। कभी-कभी दुनिया को भूल जाओ – वही क्षण ध्यान के लिए हैं।’

‘हर दिन, अगर तुम संतुलित होना चाहते हो, तो तुम बाहरी और आंतरिक संतुलन को बनाए रखो। दोनों का वजन बराबर होना चाहिए, ताकि भीतर तुम कभी भी असंतुलित न होने पाओ।’

‘यही अर्थ है जब झेन मास्टर्स कहते हैं: “नदी में उतरो, लेकिन तुम्हारे पैर पानी को न छू पाए।” संसार में रहो, लेकिन संसार के ही मत हो जाओ। संसार में रहो, लेकिन संसार को अपने भीतर मत आने दो। जब तुम घर आओ, तो घर ऐसे आओ जैसे कि सारा संसार तिरोहित हो गया है।’

Jnani

32. That realised person who abides in the Brahman-Self,

and has lost all feelings of differentiation of self and non-self, is

the Jnani or Mukta Purusha. 

Such a Jnani is rare to find even

by searching among millions of people. 

If one has the lucky  opportunity of getting his darshan (personal view and contact)

one attains purification from all his sins, and what is more,

such a person’s ego gets liquidated at once. (Ch.19, v.10)

Allow your mind to say and think the way it will, only don't identify with it. Allow your body to do what it must, but do not react to it. Everything will happen of its own accord. When you allow your mind to think of its own accord, the thoughts begin to dissipate, and soon you have empty mind. Empty mind is consciousness, realization. That's all you have to do - have empty mind. But as long as you believe, 'I am the doer', and you force yourself to have an empty mind, you never will, because the forcing makes the mind stronger. Rather, observe your thoughts, watch the mind thinking, and leave it alone. Do not identify with your thoughts, or with your body, for in reality there is no body and there are no thoughts, for there is only the Self, and you are that.

खतरनाक ढंग से जीओ

जो आदमी चैबीस घंटे ऐसे ही खतरे और असुरक्षा में जीता है उसकी आत्मा में चमक आ जाती है। ऐसी चमक, जिस चमक का हमें कोई भी पता नहीं। जो आदमी चैबीस घंटे भाव से जीता है कि अगली घड़ी क्या लाएगी मुझे पता नहीं। मैं पहले से कैसे तय करूं, जो आएगा उसको रिस्पांड करूंगा। जो आएगा उसके साथ संवाद करूंगा, जो होगा, हो सकेगा, वह हो जाएगा। ऐसा आदमी चैबीस घंटे जागा हुआ जीता है। उसके भीतर विवेक पैदा होता है।

सिद्धांतवादी के भीतर विवेक कभी पैदा नहीं होता। क्योंकि उसके पास हर परिस्थिति का उत्तर पहले से तैयार है, उसे किसी परिस्थिति को कोई उत्तर देने के लिए अब सोचने की कोई जरूरत नहीं। उसका विवेक मर जाता है इस सूत्र को खयाल में रख लें, अगर अपने विवेक को जगाना है तो असुरक्षा में जीएं, खतरे में जीएं। नीत्शे ने अपनी टेबल पर एक वाक्य लिख रखा था। छोटे से दो शब्द थे, लेकिन बड़े कीमती। और सभी धार्मिक आदमियों को समझ लेने जैसा है। उसने लिख रखा था-लिव डेंजरसली, खतरनाक ढंग से जीओ। लेकिन खतरनाक ढंग से जीने का क्या मतलब होगा? जहर पीओ, खतरनाक ढंग से जीने का क्या मतलब होता है? वृक्षों के ऊपर मकान बनाओ। खतरनाक ढंग से जीने का मतलब क्या होता है? सड़क पर सो जाओ, खतरनाक ढंग से जीने का क्या मतलब होता है? कि जब वह लाल राक्षस जैसी घूमती हुई बसें जोर से हार्न बजाएं तो खड़े रहो, हटो मत।

नहीं, खतरनाक ढंग से जीने का यह मतलब नहीं होता। खतरनाक ढंग से जीने से एक ही मतलब होता है कि, सुरक्षा में मत जीओ। सुरक्षा का इंतजाम मत करो। बंधे हुए सिद्धांतों से बचो, जीओ खतरनाक ढंग से जीने का मतलब है जीओ, जीने को पहले से नियोजित मत करो। उसके लिए फाइव ईयर प्लान मत बनाओ। जीने के लिए, अपने जीने के लिए कोई पूर्ववद्ध योजना मत करो। कोई पहले सक्त ढांचा मत बनाओ जिसमें कि जीना है जीओ सीधे और पाओ, और जहां जिंदगी है वहां संघर्ष है। और जो संघर्ष से निकले, उसमें आगे बढ़ो। इसका एक ही परिणाम होता है कि विवेक जाग्रत होता है, और जहां विवेक जगा वहां आत्मा का अनुभव शुरू हो जाता है। और जहां विवेक अपनी पूर्णता में जगता है वहां परमात्मा की झलक मिलनी शुरू हो जाती है। जितनी ज्यादा सुरक्षा, उतनी ही आत्मा का कोई पता नहीं चलेगा। सुरक्षावादी शरीरवादी होता है। सिद्धांतवादी शरीरवादी होता है। हां, आत्मा का अनुभव उसे कभी नहीं हो पाता। जैसे ही आत्मा की चमक पैदा होती है भीतर, जो कि हो ही जाती है जैसे हम छुरी को पत्थर पर घिसें और और उसमें धार आ जाए, ऐसा ही जो आदमी रोज जिंदगी की नई-नई परिस्थितियों से टक्कर लेता रहता है, उसके विवेक में धार आ जाती है। उस धार और चमक के परिणाम हैं। वही प्रतिभा है, वही जीनियस है। वही आभा है, वही हम जिसे कहें कि व्यक्ति के मुखमंडल के चारों ओर जो प्रकाश घेर लेता है, वह उसी पैनी धार की चमक है। उस चमक को पाए बिना कोई आदमी परमात्मा को नहंीं पा सकता।

ये मरे हुए लोग परमात्मा को नहीं पा सकते। जो चारों तरफ सिद्धांत की गठरी बांध कर जी रहे हैं, बिलकुल सुरक्षित। जिन्हें स्वर्ग-नरक का भी पता है, मोक्ष का भी पता है; जिन्हें यह भी पता है कि क्या करने से नरक जाएंगे और क्या करने से स्वर्ग जाएंगे। जो एक-एक कौड़ी का हिसाब करके कैल्कुलेशन करके जी रहे हैं। जो एक पैसा भिखमंगे को दे रहें हैं, तो बही में लिख रहे हैं कि स्वर्ग में इंतजाम करना है कि एक पैसा भिखमंगे को दिया। एक चार दाने किसी गरीब को दिए हैं तो जाकर भगवान से बदला ले लेना। जो इस भांति जी रहे हैं इन मरे हुए लोगों के लिए, कोई मोक्ष नहीं है। इन मरे हुए लोगों के लिए कोई भगवान नहीं हो सकता। असल में जहां कैलकुलेशन है, जहां गणित है, वहां जिंदगी नहीं होती। जिंदगी के रास्ते गणित-मुक्त, जिंदगी के रास्ते तर्क-मुक्त, जिंदगी बड़ी बेतर्क है। जिंदगी है तर्कातीत। जिंदगी के गणित कुछ और ही हैं। जो हमारे हिसाब से नहीं चलते। इसलिए आदमी कपड़ा कितना पहनना है कि कहीं नरक न चला जाऊं, खाना कितना खाना है, कि कहीं नरक न चला जाऊं क्या बोलना है क्या नहीं बोलना, कैसे उठना, कैसे बैठना, इस भांति सब तरह से जोड़-तोड़ करके जी रहा है। इस गरीब आदमी का ेनरक में भी जगह मिल जाए तो बहुत है। इस गरीब आदमी को कहीं भी जगह नहीं मिल सकती। यह बहुत दीनहीन है। यह जी ही नहीं रहा है।

The first step in spiritual life is:

Learning to control your mind.

You learn to control your mind by inquiring,

"To whom does the mind come?"

This makes you realize that the mind comes to your body.

It's part of your body process.

But in truth you have no mind.

You are mindless.

When you are mindless you are Brahman.

You are God.

Where the mind is limited.

You have to always go beyond the mind.

You stop paying attention to the thoughts.

Let the thoughts do what they will.

Allow the thoughts to frighten you if they will.

To tell you all kinds of stories.

To tell you all kinds of things.

Do not pay any attention.

When you ignore your mind it will go away. 

The second step in spiritual progress is: 

To develop humility.

And humility means you do not judge people.

You do not feel slighted when someone talks about you

or tells you something rude.

You do not get angry or upset.

You just remain yourself.

If you endeavour to fulfil yourself by entering the current of your true being, this current will eventually lead you to the perfect poise of your own true being.

The Beloved is comparable to ice, which is nothing but water, and consequently He is without form, without quality and the question of manifestation does not arise. This is the state of Self-Realisation. For to find the Beloved is to find one's Self to discover that God is one's Self, wholly identical with Oneself, one's innermost Self the Self of one's Self.
