Move ahead
I am telling you that whatever has happened, just drop it and move ahead. Do not sit and regret about what has happened -- neither about what you have done, nor about what others did. If you keep thinking about what you did, then you feel regret, and if you think about what others did wrong, then you get angry and worried.
~ Sri Sri Ravi Shankar
Quotes
If you abide in the Heart as Sat-Chit [‘I am’], by which the whole universe exists and shines, then this world will also become one with you, losing its false, frightening dualities.
He who knows this world-appearance to be his own form, Supreme-Consciousness, experiences the same Consciousness even through his five senses.
('Guru Vachaka Kovai', v. 61-62)

Bhagavan continues: There is no "all" apart from God for Him [Her] to pervade. He alone is. This wisdom passage is from The Spiritual Teaching of Ramana Maharshi

at all in order that death should threaten you.[Talk 318]

CONSCIOUS IMMORTALITY
Q: Is it possible to be conscious without thought?
M: Yes. There is only one Consciousness. In sleep there is no 'I'. The ‘I’-thought arises on waking and then the world appears. Where was this ‘I’ in sleep? Was it there or not? It must have been there, yet not in the way you feel now.
The present is only the 'I'-thought, whereas the sleeping ‘I’ is the real 'I'. That subsists throughout. That is Consciousness. If that is known you will see that it is beyond thoughts. Thoughts can be like other activities, not disturbing the supreme Consciousness.

Quotes
To encourage Paul Brunton, Bhagavan said to him, "The greatest error of a man is to think that he is weak by nature, evil by nature. Every man is divine and strong in his real nature. What are weak and evil are his habits, his desires and thoughts, but not himself.” In Maharshi and His Message By Paul Brunton.
