He it is who is eternally one with myself

in the state of one-pointedness,

who holds me in his grip like a magnet,

who is not separated from me by so much as an atom.

And, as the vanity of the 'I am the body' fades

and is no more,

it is his presence that illumines my heart

with the teaching of the indivisible Self.

For a long time we have been measuring activity 

mainly in physical terms. But there are some

beings whose energy and presence powerfully

impact upon the life flowing around them,

yet they are not necessarily engaged in activity.

They impart peace, wisdom and the joy of being with

a mere glance. And yet they unhesitatingly

confess to knowing and doing nothing at all.

You are spirit in truth. However that spirit is wrongly identifying itself with the gross body. The body has been projected by the mind; the mind itself has originated from the spirit. If the wrong identification ceases,there will be peace and permanent untellable bliss.

1. What is the state of attainment of knowledge?

It is firm and effortless abidance in the Self in which the mind which has become one

with the Self does not subsequently emerge again at any time. 

That is, 

just as everyone usually and naturally has the idea, 

'I am not a goat nor a cow nor any other

animal but a man', when he thinks of his body, 

so also when he has the idea 

'I am not  the principles (tatwas) beginning with the body and ending with sound (nada), but the Self which is 

existence, consciousness and bliss', 

the innate self-consciousness

(atmaprajna), 

he is said to have attained firm knowledge.

You don’t know how well you are doing;

9. Dualities and trinities are only the one Reality 

The duality of subject and object and trinity of seer, sight,  and seen can exist only if supported by the One. 

If one turns inward in search of that One Reality they fall away. 

Those who see this are those who see Wisdom. They are never in doubt.

Comment: 

The Self is the substratum on which dualities and trinities exist. 

They seem to obscure, to cover, the Self, 

like clouds cover the sun. 

When the clouds part the sun shines, unabated. 

So it is with the Self. 

Remove the  obscurations and the Self shines, by itself. 

When this is known directly, 

doubts and misconceptions can stand no 

longer. 

Practice Note: 

When you look deep within, how many do 

you find? 

How many existences do you have? 

Are there two  of you, one to know and the other to be known? 

These are  examples of the common experience that at our heart, we 

are just one.
