emptiness

Pure joy is not a state.

It’s not, 'Wow, I am having a really good time.'

Good time, bad time - such times make no difference to the Self.

You don't know what good time and bad time is.

You only know the joy of the Supreme.

You are always empty.

Inside, outside: empty.

You don't know how to measure anything.

This emptiness is not a measure.

It’s just your joy - the joy that was there from before the beginning of this world.

And it is here during the great play of the world.

And after the show of the world is over, it will still be here.

Here inside your Heart you find it.

reality

If you seek reality you must set yourself free of all backgrounds, of all cultures, of all patterns of thinking and feeling. Even the idea of being man or woman, or even human, should be discarded. The ocean of life contains all, not only humans. So, first of all abandon all self-identification, stop thinking of yourself as such-and-such, so-and-so, this or that. Abandon all self-concern, worry not about your welfare, material or spiritual, abandon every desire, gross or subtle, stop thinking of achievement of any kind. You are complete here and now, you need absolutely nothing.

It does not mean that you must be brainless and foolhardy, improvident or indifferent; only the basic anxiety for oneself must go. You need some food, clothing and shelter for you and yours, but this will not create problems as long as greed is not taken for a need. Live in tune with things as they are and not as they are imagined.

ध्यान

✨मेरा  जोर  ध्यान  पर  है।

ध्यान का अर्थ है: स्वार्थ, परम स्वार्थ, आत्यंतिक स्वार्थ! क्योंकि ध्यान से ज्यादा निजी कोई बात नहीं है इस जगत में। ध्यान का कोई सामाजिक संदर्भ नहीं। ध्यान का अर्थ है: अपने एकांत में उतर जाना, अकेले हो जाना, मौन, शून्य, निर्विचार, निर्विकल्प। लेकिन उस निर्विचार में, उस निर्विकल्प में जहां आकाश बादलों से आच्छादित नहीं होता--अंतर-आकाश--भीतर का सूरज प्रकट होता है। सब जगमग हो जाता है। सब रोशन हो उठता है। फिर तुम्हारे भीतर प्रेम के फूल खिलते हैं, आनंद के झरने फूटते हैं, रस की धाराएं बहती हैं। फिर उलीचो, फिर बांटो। बांटना ही पड़ेगा। और उस बांटने को मैं परोपकार कहता हूं।

और जिसके जीवन में ध्यान नहीं है, वह तो दूसरे को सताएगा। सताएगा ही! अपरिहार्यरूपेण सताएगा। क्यों? क्योंकि जो खुद दुखी है, वह दुख ही बांट सकता है। और गैर-ध्यानी दुखी होगा ही, नहीं तो कोई ध्यान तलाशे क्यों?

 अगर बिना ध्यान के जीवन में सुख हो सकता होता, तो सुख कभी का हो गया होता। बिना ध्यान के जीवन में सुख होता नहीं। 

ध्यान के बिना सुख का बीज टूटता ही नहीं, अंकुरण ही नहीं होता। फूल तो लगेंगे कैसे? फल तो आएंगे कैसे? ध्यान तो सुख के बीजों को बोना है।

Samsara is there, so let it be there.

Manifestation is the nature of Self.

Self itself doesn't keep quiet, 

but manifests as everything,

as a wave in the Ocean,

so all manifestation is THAT.

Allow the quietness and allow the mind to go and enjoy itself.

The difference is that you ARE NOT the ENJOYER.

Pain and happiness part of life. only difference between guru and other people or disciples is that guru accept life the way it is. Person is limited and consciousness is mortal self inside us. world is always full of misery for spiritual seeker these misery only wake up soul one day if one follow advice of guru . Guru always help to turn mind inward so that one day one find his real true self. Not identify himself with body , mind, intelligence . Bhagwat geeta says there is no need to grief one must make mind still in pain and pleasure. Body born body dies mind suffer. But must find immortal self in one self by doing sadhana. Soul is immortal. Faith is important .
